Reconditioned TCY goes into Castle Cartons

We removed an original TCY 6PS, which had been supplied new by us in 1989, and replaced it with a reconditioned TCY 6PA featuring an upgraded touchscreen control system.

The reconditioned machine was prepared by ID Machinery Europe and installed at Castle Cartons to run inline with their existing Andapack folder gluer. The installation was completed efficiently, commencing on a Friday, with the new machine fully operational and running inline by the following Monday.

As the new TCY 6PA was slightly wider than the previous model, the existing Andapack folder gluer also had to be repositioned to accommodate the new machine.

The project was completed with minimal disruption to production and demonstrates our ability to efficiently replace and upgrade existing equipment while integrating it seamlessly with a customer's current production line.
