We operate from our factory in Milton Keynes which is fully equipped with a 20-ton overhead moving crane and a Kalmar 11 ton capacity forklift truck for loading and unloading machinery.

We also have fully equipped workshop including turning, milling, welding grinding and sandblasting facilities.

Our dedicated team of highly skilled service engineers available who specialise in installation, servicing and maintenance of new and used machinery and they operate with modern fully equipped vans, giving support to our machines all over Europe.

ID Machinery engineers are trained to ITTSSAR level to operate forklift trucks and have recently achieved British Safety Council level 1 certification in health and safety at work. We hold employers liability insurance of £10m and public liability of £5m plus a hired in plant insurance for external hire of equipment for £500,000 per any one item.

We are able to undertake comprehensive preliminary risk assessments and provide method statements to comply with your safety policy.

Our service engineers have extensive knowledge of the many makes and models of corrugated machinery in operation encompassing flexo printer slotters, casemakers, stitcher gluers and diecutters.

The company acts as agents for a range of machinery manufactured in Taiwan, Italy and Spain. This equipment is delivered, installed and maintained by us utilising our comprehensive stock of spare parts.
